Please read
and follow my terms for use. I know this looks like a lot, but it is very
important to give credit to the people who make the graphics that you see
on the web everyday. I didn't want to have to add a terms of use page, but
with all of the stealing of graphics lately, I decided I would.
1. The graphics on these pages are made by me, with the exception of the dingbat fonts and regular fonts. Do not change these graphics in any way, with the exception of adding text to the blank buttons provided with the sets. 2. My section of linkware sets and graphics are just that, Linkware. Which means that you can use them on personal, non-commercial web sites. If you would like exclusive rights to a set, e-mail me for more information as I do not have a price list available yet. 3. Please don't include any of the graphics on my site in any collections, either on or offline. If you are looking for graphics to use in online collections, e-mail me and we can make arrangements. 4. Download the graphics to your hard drive and then upload them to your own server. If I find that the graphics are being linked to, I will remove them and possibly add a page that might not be appropriate. I have several buttons that can be used to link back to my site. There are matching buttons that go along with the sets also. Please e-mail me with the URL of the site you are going to be using my graphics on. I would love to see my sets in use. Under no circumstances are my graphics to be used or linked to adult web sites! If I find that they are being used in this way, I will have the site removed! Using whatever measures possible. It has been done several times. If you have no problems with my terms of use, go take a look at the graphics and background sets I have to offer. I hope you enjoy using them as much as I enjoyed making them. |
